1.Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how GoPlayer Ultra (“the app”), developed and published by Daniel Ramos (“we” or “us”), handles the information of people who use it on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
By installing and using the app, you agree to what is described here. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2.What GoPlayer Ultra is: just a player
GoPlayer Ultra is a media player that lets you watch live channels and on-demand content (movies and series, also known as VOD) that you already subscribe to with a service provider of your choice.
- The app does not include any content. When installed, it comes with no channels, movies, series or preloaded playlists.
- We do not sell, host, distribute or offer content of any kind, nor subscriptions to content.
- To use the app, you must enter the login details provided by your provider. Everything you watch comes directly from that provider’s servers, and the provider is solely responsible for the content, its licenses and its availability.
- We have no relationship with the channels, studios or rights holders of any content your provider may show, and no control over that content.
3.Data we do not collect
We have no servers that receive user information. The app does not collect, send or sell personal data to us or to anyone else. Specifically, the app does not:
- ask you to create an account with us or ask for your name, email, phone number or address;
- access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or calendar;
- use the device’s advertising identifier or track you across other apps or websites;
- show ads or include third-party analytics or measurement tools;
- record which channels, movies or series you watch in order to send it anywhere.
4.Information stored only on your device
To work properly and remember your preferences, the app saves some data only on your device. We cannot see or receive it.

The app does not store content
Channels, movies and series are played live (streaming) from your provider’s server. The app does not download, record, copy or save that content on your device or on any server of ours. It only keeps in memory the few seconds needed for smooth playback, which are discarded immediately.
5.Connections the app makes
To show you what you subscribed to, the app connects to the internet only with these destinations:
- Your provider’s server. The app sends your login details to sign in and receives the lists of channels, movies and series and the video from it. This information travels directly between your device and your provider, without passing through us. Any processing by your provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
- The Movie Database (TMDB). To fill in artwork, backdrops and synopses, the app looks up the movie or series title on TMDB’s public service. No personal data or login details are sent. Learn more in TMDB’s privacy policy.
- Service notices. The app may download a public file with notices (for example, scheduled maintenance) to show them to you. This download does not include any of your data.
As with any internet connection, these servers may see the IP address you connect from. We do not receive or store this information.
7.Third parties
We do not sell, rent or share user information with third parties, because we do not collect it. The app contains no third-party advertising, social media or analytics SDKs.
This policy does not cover the third-party services the app connects to at your request (your provider and TMDB) or the external websites linked here. We recommend reviewing their policies.
8.Security
Your login details are stored in the encrypted system Keychain, and the rest of the information stays inside the protected space the system assigns to the app. Even so, no system is foolproof, so we recommend keeping your device up to date and protected with a passcode.
The security of the connection to your provider’s server depends on how that provider has configured its service.
9.How to delete your data
Since everything stays on your device, you are in full control and can delete it at any time:
- Signing out (in Settings) deletes your login details from the device.
- Settings → History lets you clear your history, “Continue Watching”, favorites and the cache.
- Uninstalling the app removes all the information it saved on the device.
We do not keep copies, so there is no data of yours in our possession to delete. If you still have questions, write to us and we will reply.
10.Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. For family use, the app includes PIN-protected parental controls and a kids mode that shows only the categories the adult allows. The adult in charge is responsible for setting up these protections and supervising the content delivered by the provider.
11.Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above. If the change is significant (for example, if the app ever started collecting any data), we will announce it within the app or in the App Store description before it takes effect.
